People are dying at a faster rate…

According to a 2017 report from the Centers for Disease Control, the U.S. mortality rate is going up after decades of decline. Cardiovascular disease—strokes and heart attacks—are the biggest contributor, but death rates are up in eight of the ten leading causes of death. Researchers say that the obesity epidemic is probably mostly to blame.

None of this is a surprise. The increase in mortality was entirely predictable given that the standard American diet will not support a healthy life, even in rats, and the average American is now so polluted they are a toxic-waste dump site.

The solution to this problem is simple. Stop putting toxins into your body, and learn how to eat a good diet. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Stop eating sugar! Get the wheat, dairy, and processed oils out of your life. Take high-quality supplements to give your body the nutrients it needs to do its job. Read my book The Great American Health Hoax to learn how to maintain the human body in good condition.

Vitamin C deficiency is probably the biggest single cause of heart disease, so take adequate amounts—at least six grams per day for the average adult. In addition, B vitamins, vitamin E, CoQ10, quercetin, acetyl L-carnitine, magnesium, and essential fatty acids are all important preventive nutrients. Remember that health is a choice, but it is a choice that is not being chosen. We need to teach people how to not be sick.
